Clover Brow & Skin Studio collects only what we need to book and care for you, and we follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you request an appointment we receive your name, mobile number, email, preferred times, and anything you choose to tell us in your message (for example, skin sensitivities). We do not sell or share this information.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your appointment by text, phone or email
• To keep you safe — e.g. noting a patch test result or allergy
• To reply to your questions

How it is sent and stored

Form submissions are delivered to the studio by email through our email provider (Brevo). The website itself does not keep a database of submissions. Our map uses Google Maps, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
